We hired Vanessa as our Day-of-Coordinator for our September 20, 2025 wedding, which turned out to be way more effort than just setting up the decor on the wedding day (but she also did that)! Vanessa took over the majority of vendor correspondence 8 weeks out from the wedding and was amazing at communicating with myself and the various vendors, as well as keeping me on track with the planning process. In the days leading up to the wedding, she made sure everything would go smoothly, and if there were any hiccups that ended up happening, then they were resolved as I have yet to hear about them. She's very personable and I felt like we clicked right away. I would recommend Sage and Rose to anyone getting married in the Okanagan.
