A cozy autumn wedding in Kelowna, BC

Golden leaves, lake views, and warm autumn details set the scene for Kelsey & Zachary’s Kelowna wedding. From their intimate ceremony at Bertram Creek Park to an evening celebration at Laurel Packinghouse, every part of this Okanagan wedding was filled with thoughtful details, playful surprises, and plenty of personality.

“We hired Vanessa as our Day-of-Coordinator, which turned out to be way more effort than just setting up the decor on the wedding day (but she also did that)! If there were any hiccups that ended up happening, then they were resolved as I have yet to hear about them!” - Kelsey

The day began at Bertram Creek Park, where the changing leaves and views of Okanagan Lake created a beautiful setting for the ceremony. Later, guests gathered at Laurel Packinghouse for a reception filled with details made just for Kelsey & Zachary, including custom newspapers and favours, personalized colouring books, and a postcard guest book complete with its own mailbox.

As the evening continued, a Mario Kart setup brought everyone together for a little unexpected competition. From the smallest details to the biggest moments, this Kelowna wedding was a reflection of Kelsey & Zachary: warm, thoughtful, and playful.
