Kelsey & Zachary’s fall Kelowna wedding brought together cozy autumn vibes and thoughtful, playful details at every turn. The ceremony at Bertram Creek Park provided a stunning outdoor setting, with golden leaves and lake views creating the perfect backdrop for a meaningful, intimate celebration.

The reception at Laurel Packinghouse was full of unique touches that made this Okanagan wedding truly one-of-a-kind. Guests loved the custom newspaper announcements and favours, personalized colouring books for kids, and a postcard guest book with its own mailbox. Later, a Mario Kart setup brought everyone together for some unexpected fun.

As their Kelowna wedding coordinator, I organized all these elements so the couple could fully enjoy their day. Every detail reflected their personality: warm, thoughtful, and playful.
